Junior Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary site visits and estimate material, personnel, and time requirements
• Prepare business files and collect all necessary documentation for operations
• Manage procurement of raw materials and supplies
• Supervise on-site works and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Manage operational teams and coordinate subcontractors
• Complete end-of-project documentation and reports

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist or specialized in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, or Maintenance)
• First operational experience of at least one year is preferred
• Desire to work in a dynamic, field-oriented technical environment
• Ambition to move into management roles in the short to medium term
