Junior Operations Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary site visits to assess project needs
• Estimate requirements for equipment, personnel, and time for operations
• Prepare business files and collect all necessary operational documentation
• Manage raw material supplies and procurement
• Monitor compliance with standards and ensure documentary follow-up
• Organize and manage subcontractors
• Complete end-of-project documentation and reports

Requirements

• Engineering degree (Generalist, Mechanics, or Maintenance specialization)
• Beginner level or at least one year of operational experience
• Desire to move into a management role in a technical/industrial environment
• Ability to work in a dynamic, field-oriented role
