Junior Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Participate in work preparation, including planning, procurement, and defining operating procedures
• Assist in project costing and monitoring key performance indicators
• Organize and oversee industrial cleaning and sanitation works on-site
• Supervise unionized and non-unionized personnel both in the field and remotely
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Draft operational documents and intervention procedures
• Propose and lead continuous improvement actions to optimize processes and digitalization
• Optimize the maintenance of field equipment, such as vacuum trucks and high-pressure units

Requirements

• Technical degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Maintenance, or Industrial)
• Beginner level or at least one year of operational experience
• Fluency in English (written and oral) for interacting with colleagues and clients in Ontario
• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Willingness to travel periodically throughout Quebec and Ontario
• Legal authorization to work and reside in Canada
