Junior Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Utilize daily reports and dashboards to monitor performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Review reports relating to failed shipments, missed SLAs, and data quality issues.
• Perform detailed analysis on retrieved data to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Use Google Sheets to manipulate, transform, and visualize data to create actionable dashboards.
• Manage and respond to queries from internal teams and key customer stakeholders through Zendesk.
• Monitor dashboards to ensure timely order fulfillment and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong spreadsheet skills, specifically with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to interrogate and visualize data to define problems and identify solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to prioritize critical and time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore during UK collaboration hours (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SQL.
• Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Jira.
• Background in Customer Service, eCommerce, 3PL, Parcel/Post, or Logistics industries.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and fulfillment automation technologies.
