Junior Operation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the local station, collaborating with central departments for day-to-day operations
• Implement and optimize processes for vehicle returns, handovers, and preparation
• Maintain constant communication with international teams for continuous improvement
• Lead, motivate, and onboard the on-site team, including task planning and quality control
• Manage recruitment for the local station
• Oversee fleet management, including documentation, maintenance, and coordination with service partners
• Advise customers on products including myroadsurfer, abo, spots, and rent

Requirements

• Completed training or studies in a relevant subject area
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in car rental, tourism, or similar
• Experience in team leadership is advantageous
• High service orientation and friendly demeanor
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Driver's license Class B
