Junior Operation Executive - Laboratory

Responsibilities

• Aid the National Laboratory Manager in overseeing daily technical laboratory operations and resources
• Ensure efficient workflow, staff performance, and compliance with customer requirements and quality objectives
• Perform administrative duties including training, coaching, and delegating work to analysts
• Authorize sample registration, testing, method validation, and reporting in the absence of the Laboratory Manager
• Supervise laboratory analysts, information processors, and laboratory aides
• Manage laboratory supplies, equipment calibration, and stock levels
• Address customer complaints, audit findings, and Non-Conformance Requests with root cause identification
• Implement and maintain international standards and quality objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with professional license
• Minimum of 5 years technical laboratory experience in the petroleum industry OR 3 years supervisory experience in the petroleum industry
• Proficient in MS Windows applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle outdoor/field assignments
