Junior Officer, Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the implementation of HR programs, including learning, leadership development, and performance management
• Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and succession management projects
• Respond to client inquiries and requests by providing necessary resources and technical advice
• Maintain and update program evaluations according to standard procedures
• Gather and compile information for research, analysis, and reporting to support HR initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or Social Studies
• Previous experience in operational support and the application of HR programs and policies (can be through studies, work, or volunteering)
• Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and judgment skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
