Junior Occupational Hygiene Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of annual Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) plans and programs.
• Create, review, and update Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control Determination (IPERC) matrices.
• Collaborate on the implementation and development of corporate safety and health policies.
• Provide training and advisory support to the OHS committee.
• Promote the application of current labor risk prevention regulations.
• Develop, review, and implement OHS procedures.
• Coordinate effective supervision of high-risk work activities.
• Manage the procurement, maintenance, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Prepare and monitor OHS statistics and assist in accident and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with current legal regulations regarding OHS for external inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in occupational hygiene.
• Availability to travel with rotating schedules.
