Junior Merchant Success Manager China

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and promote direct procurement with leading Chinese brands and manufacturers
• Manage daily content operations to expand digital presence and support lead generation and merchant acquisition
• Act as the primary interface between Chinese merchants and compliance/KYC teams to resolve onboarding obstacles
• Provide strategic account management for top key accounts and scalable support for long-tail sellers
• Serve as the first point of contact for daily communication, problem-solving, and conducting training with local partners
• Handle operational tasks including market research, data analysis, and invoicing

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically regarding the Chinese market
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex topics clearly
• Confident negotiator with a solution-oriented mindset
• Native or professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Business fluent English (written and spoken)
