About the role
Responsibilities
- Build brand awareness and drive direct sourcing from Chinese brands and manufacturers
- Manage daily content operations and assist with lead generation and seller hunting
- Act as a bridge between Chinese sellers and compliance/KYC teams to resolve blockers
- Provide strategic account management for Key Accounts and scalable support for long-tail sellers
- Serve as the primary contact for seller communications, training, and operational tasks like market research and data analysis
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management with the Chinese market
- Native-level or full professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
