Junior Merchant Success Manager China

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and drive direct procurement from leading Chinese brands and manufacturers
• Manage daily content operations to expand digital presence and support lead generation and merchant acquisition
• Act as the primary interface between Chinese merchants and internal Compliance/KYC teams to resolve onboarding obstacles
• Provide strategic account management for top key accounts while implementing scalable support for long-tail sellers
• Serve as the first point of contact for merchant communication, problem-solving, and training in collaboration with local partners
• Execute operational tasks including market research, data analysis, and invoicing

Requirements

• Degree with very good academic standing in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field
• 1–3 years of professional experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
• Proven experience working with the Chinese market or Chinese business partners
• Native or professional working proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset
