Junior Merchant Success Manager China

Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and drive direct sourcing from top Chinese brands and manufacturers
• Manage daily content operations to build digital presence and assist with lead generation and seller hunting
• Act as the primary bridge between Chinese sellers and compliance/KYC teams to resolve blockers and optimize onboarding
• Provide strategic account management for Key Accounts and implement scalable retention strategies for long-tail sellers
• Serve as the first point of contact for seller communications, including conducting training sessions and handling market research and data analysis

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Sales, Management, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management, specifically with the Chinese market
• Native-level proficiency or full professional fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken)
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities
