Junior Medical Affairs Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for global medical department activities
• Conduct bibliographic research, scientific monitoring, and medical reviews
• Support clinical and real-world research study projects
• Assist in international product registrations and dossier development (ERA, non-clinical & clinical)
• Contribute to scientific communications, publications, and webinars
• Support scientific advisory boards
• Develop and validate medico-marketing communications and promotional materials
• Draft, synthesize, and review scientific documents
• Evaluate licensing-in opportunities and Life Cycle Management projects
• Support operational medical information management

Requirements

• Scientific background in Medicine, Pharmacy, or PhD
• Advanced studies in Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Health Industry Management, or Medical Science Liaison
• Strong scientific knowledge and understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of study methodology and/or biostatistics
• Proficiency in IT tools and international publication databases
• Fluent English (written, read, and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams with rigor and curiosity
