Junior Marketplace Operations Manager - Partner Business

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of ABOUT YOU partner models and their specific requirements
• Respond to inquiries received via email and through the internal service desk
• Manage and verify submitted partner data using internal tools
• Manage incoming leads, organize the sales pipeline, and maximize conversion opportunities
• Collaborate closely with integration managers and other internal teams
• Support the growth of the partner business through administrative tasks, including contract creation and market research

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
• Initial professional experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
• Fluent English skills, as you will be part of an English-speaking team
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• Ability to work independently with a reliable and structured approach
• Empathy and a passion for teamwork
