Junior Marketplace Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of partner models and their specific requirements
• Respond to inquiries received via email and the service desk
• Manage and verify submitted partner data using internal tools
• Organize the sales pipeline and manage incoming leads to maximize conversion
• Collaborate with integration managers and other internal teams
• Support partner business growth through administrative tasks, contract creation, and market research

Requirements

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in an administrative role
• Proficiency in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
• Fluent English language skills
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on mentality
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner
• High resilience and a collaborative team spirit
