Junior Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Support social media management and content creation to engage target audiences
• Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to assist in strategy development
• Help track and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional content
• Participate in events coordination and other marketing initiatives as needed

Requirements

• Saudi National only
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in marketing or related roles
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing channels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and develop marketing skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation is a plus
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
