Junior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building partnerships rooted in trust
• Lead regular client meetings to discuss performance, strategy, and upcoming initiatives
• Partner with clients to develop marketing plans aligned with business goals
• Coordinate and manage campaigns end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery
• Partner with creative, content, and digital marketing teams to drive execution
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to provide optimization recommendations
• Oversee account budgets and provide transparent financial reporting

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Manager in a marketing agency or related environment
• Strong working knowledge of SEO, paid media (PPC), social, and content marketing
• Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Moz
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience working with multifamily, student housing, or real estate clients
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday, or ClickUp
• Comfort presenting strategy and results to senior stakeholders
