About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of app marketing campaigns (e.g., via Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Apple)
- Assist in defining, monitoring, and analyzing relevant KPIs such as ROAS and CPI
- Support budget tracking and the creation of performance reports
- Conduct analyses and A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
- Monitor market and industry trends to identify growth potential
- Collaborate closely with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on campaign and creative execution
- Document results and derive actionable insights for future optimization
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field (e.g., Media Management, E-Commerce)
- Initial practical experience in App Marketing or Performance Marketing (e.g., via internships or working student roles)
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in data-driven marketing
- Knowledge of App Marketing or Paid Social is an advantage
- Very good written and spoken English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads
