Junior Marketing Manager - Paid Social and App Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, execution, and optimization of app marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Apple
• Assist in defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators such as ROAS and CPI
• Support budget tracking and performance reporting
• Conduct analyses, A/B tests, and small-scale experiments to improve campaign performance
• Monitor market trends and assist in identifying new growth opportunities
• Collaborate with Design, Media, Analytics, and Tech teams on campaign execution and creative assets
• Document results and help derive actionable insights and recommendations

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., media management, e-commerce)
• First practical experience in app marketing or performance marketing through internships or working student roles
• Strong analytical mindset and a deep interest in data-driven marketing
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of app marketing or paid social platforms
• Initial experience with tools such as Adjust, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, or Apple Search Ads
