Junior Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute daily activation of marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Own the end-to-end marketing rollout for new hub launches in the Netherlands
• Provide hands-on support for copywriting and creative asset creation
• Optimize processes for campaign deployment and monitor performance metrics
• Proactively propose and test new local campaign ideas using a "test & learn" mentality

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or project coordination
• Native Dutch fluency and professional English fluency
• Strong attention to detail for managing push notifications, emails, and in-app campaigns
• A proactive, hands-on work ethic suitable for a fast-paced scale-up environment
