Junior Marketing Executive — SEO, Content & PPC

Responsibilities

• Execute SEO tasks including keyword research, competitor gap analysis, and on-page audits using tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush
• Monitor organic performance and rankings via Google Search Console and GA4
• Create SEO-optimized content, including blog posts, landing page copy, and social media assets
• Manage the content calendar and publishing workflows within CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow
• Assist in the setup and management of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor PPC performance, perform A/B testing on ad copy, and pull weekly performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships and freelance work included)
• Working knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz) and Google Analytics/Search Console
• Strong written English skills with the ability to produce engaging, high-quality long-form content
• A growth mindset and a curiosity to understand the "why" behind marketing data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with a CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or Ghost
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Exposure to email marketing platforms
• Experience growing a personal blog, newsletter, or niche social media account
