Junior Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Build and issue creative briefs to external agencies for campaigns, content shoots, and seasonal activations
• Coordinate and attend content shoots for food, lifestyle, and video
• Manage content feedback loops with agencies and consolidate stakeholder input
• Monitor agency performance on community management and ensure brand voice consistency
• Produce weekly and monthly campaign performance reports across paid, organic, and community KPIs
• Maintain the marketing calendar across all brands
• Support the CEO on ad-hoc marketing projects including AI and automation initiatives

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, content production, or agency account management
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic (Saudi dialect) and English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands
• Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal transport for travel between brand locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in F&B, retail, or hospitality industries
• Prior experience working within a creative or digital agency
• Photography, videography, or basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Exposure to Power BI
• Knowledge of Jeddah F&B scene and local Gen-Z culture
