Junior Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking performance of campaigns across digital marketing platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Support the team in maintaining and updating reports and dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel
• Learn and help monitor key marketing metrics including CAC, CTR, and ROAS
• Coordinate with performance marketing and creative teams for campaign execution and tracking
• Help with audience segmentation and basic data analysis for optimization
• Prepare weekly reports and share initial findings with the team

Requirements

• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO/SEM
• Strong skills in Google Sheets and Excel including formulas and pivots
• Eagerness to learn SQL, Python, and marketing analytics tools
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Internship or project experience in marketing or data analysis
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or BI dashboards
• Knowledge of basic statistics or A/B testing concepts
