Responsibilities

• Support production preparation, method development, and manufacturing process creation
• Coordinate activities related to tools, fixtures, and production improvement work
• Work closely with operators, technicians, and other engineers in daily operations
• Contribute to robust processes, zero defects, and continuous improvements
• Participate in problem-solving and the use of quality tools

Requirements

• Education in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Economics
• Strong technical interest and willingness to learn new methods and processes
• Analytical and fact-oriented approach
• Ability to work structured, take responsibility, and drive tasks forward
• Good collaborative skills and willingness to contribute to a team
• Proficiency in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
