Junior Manager, Strategy and Insights

Responsibilities

• Support the Strategy team in developing strategic plans and generating actionable business insights
• Conduct category, competitor, consumer, and audience research to provide recommendations for clients
• Prepare reports and presentation materials using market, industry, and consumer data
• Participate in internal and cross-functional brainstorming sessions
• Monitor industry, consumer, and market trends to identify opportunities for clients
• Support new business pitches through research and presentation preparation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic recommendations are data-driven and aligned with objectives
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring accuracy and timely delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, planning, market research, insights, media, or advertising
• Strong analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Curious mindset with interest in consumer behavior and market trends
