Junior Manager Regional Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with operators to ensure seamless service and vehicle preparation
• Lead and guide a team of Operations Associates on the ground to execute daily tasks efficiently
• Build and nurture strong relationships with bus stations and operators to foster collaboration
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, ensuring adherence to company processes and standards
• Identify and solve operational risks while optimizing platform data and processes
• Conduct audits and gather stakeholder feedback to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
• Travel across North India (approximately 30% of the time) to support regional operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in operations management, ideally within scaling startups
• Experience in transportation, logistics, mobility, or delivery sectors
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Fluency in both English and Hindi
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and hands-on field environment

• Experience managing and training ground teams
• Experience in designing operational processes
