Responsibilities
As a Junior Manager, you will join a 36-month rotational development program designed to train you for a management position. The program includes:
- Phase 1: Warehouse logistics, product knowledge, and supply chain understanding.
- Phase 2: Operations, including customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory control, and financial statements.
- Phase 3: Inside sales and project management, assisting clients and managing large-scale projects.
- Phase 4: Outside sales and account management, focusing on new business development, contract negotiation, and relationship building.
- Phase 5: Career path specialization based on learned expertise.
Requirements
- College or university degree (Management, Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related field)
- Interest in construction, distribution, or B2B sales
- Positive attitude and desire to learn
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
