About the role
Responsibilities
- Concept and implement CRM campaigns using Braze across channels like email, push, and in-app
- Develop and optimize automated customer journeys throughout the entire customer lifecycle
- Create strategic target groups through independent selection and segmentation
- Monitor campaign performance using relevant KPIs and derive actionable optimization recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing and ensure high quality in operational execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Analytics, Content, Shop Management, and Tech teams
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Initial practical experience in CRM or campaign management (e.g., via internships or working student roles)
- Fundamental understanding of data-driven marketing and customer engagement
- Ideally, initial experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce, or Emarsys
- Strong analytical thinking skills and interest in target group segmentation
- Structured, independent, and diligent way of working with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
