About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the customer experience through quality welcome and precise advice
- Manage the store environment by ensuring a fluid and lively sales space
- Highlight products and commercial operations to facilitate customer choice
- Monitor indicators including stock levels and sales analysis to propose action plans
- Develop managerial skills by assisting the manager with team organization and briefings
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+5) specialized in management or commerce
- Natural leadership skills and a sense of teamwork
- Strong customer service orientation and commercial mindset
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment via an internship or apprenticeship
