About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee the customer experience through quality welcome and precise advice
- Manage the store environment by ensuring a fluid sales space and highlighting products
- Monitor indicators including stock management and sales analysis
- Develop managerial skills by assisting the manager with team organization and briefings
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Licence/Bac+3 degree specialized in management or commerce
- Curiosity and desire to learn store management and managerial posture
- Natural leadership and sense of teamwork
- Strong customer service orientation
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment via an internship or apprenticeship
