Junior Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operational inflow and outflow of shipments
• Coordinate the movement of goods to ensure efficient logistics flow
• Utilize the internal LOGSPACE system to manage logistics data and processes
• Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, warehouse staff, and colleagues
• Handle necessary logistics documentation and paperwork
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers

Requirements

• High school diploma (maturita); a background in logistics is a plus
• Communicative English language skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remain resilient under stress
• A proactive attitude and an interest in the fast-paced logistics industry
