Junior Logistics Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and scheduling of international (overseas) materials to align demand, supply, and stock levels.
• Monitor international shipments, identifying deviations and acting to mitigate logistical risks.
• Analyze and manage logistical delays with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to implement corrective actions.
• Manage and update logistical links, transport flows, and supply chain tracking systems.
• Handle logistical incidents by performing root cause analysis and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide operational support for emergency freight management, including process tracking and control updates.
• Develop and analyze logistical KPIs to monitor operational performance and justify service rate variations.
• Perform stock coverage calculations to support material planning and prevent shortages.
• Identify and treat anomalies in receiving, storage, and shipping processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a junior-level logistics role.
• Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics.
• Experience with international logistics and import processes.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with ERP systems and logistical monitoring tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills regarding logistical incidents.
• Ability to maintain effective communication with suppliers and multifunctional teams.
