Junior Localization Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Assist Transcreation Managers in preparing, planning and delivering translation and transcreation campaigns for European markets
• Coordinate with in-market creatives to assign work, clarify briefs and resolve queries
• Track project progress end-to-end, including schedules, milestones, and quality checkpoints
• Manage project administration and financials, including purchase orders and invoices
• Perform quality checks of transcreations to ensure accuracy and on-brand tone
• Maintain brand/style guides, glossaries, and client preferences
• Use translation technology and project management tools to organize assets and monitor delivery
• Liaise with internal production and digital teams to ensure smooth handovers
• Build and maintain relationships with in-market talent and vendors
• Proactively identify process improvements and flag project risks

Requirements

• Familiarity with the localisation/translation industry
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Expertise in or passion for beauty, cosmetics, or luxury industries
• Proficiency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in any European language
• Familiarity with CAT tools and Machine Translation
