About the role
Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating contracts related to music production
- Monitoring album projects/productions in relation to the BA team, the label's artistic team, and third parties
- Analyzing and preparing summaries regarding specific characteristics of main Acquisition Pole contracts
- Administrative follow-up: contract signing, distribution, and payment of advances
- Training on record contracts, their economics, and learning industry legal practices
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property or Literary and Artistic Property
- Or currently in law school (école d'avocats)
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in English is essential
