About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft contracts and authorizations for the Diversification and Exploitation Pole, specifically for partnership activities (private concerts, product placement)
- Participate in contractual negotiations for partnership operations
- Provide administrative support for Brand Partnerships contractual documents
- Verify and communicate the scope of derivative rights in artist, license, and distribution contracts
- Maintain contract summary tables and write memos
- Conduct legal monitoring and research, particularly in Intellectual Property
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Master II in Law with a specialization in Intellectual Property (PPI)
- Rigorous, organized, and autonomous
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fluency in English
