About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide timely, practical, and commercially focused legal advice to the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel
- Assist with contract drafting and negotiation
- Manage compliance matters and operational legal queries
- Support dispute management and day-to-day legal risk management
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders across multiple business units
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) or equivalent
- 1–4 years PQE
- Solid grounding in commercial law and contract drafting
- Understanding of commercial contracts, transport regulation, GDPR, health & safety, and dispute management
