Junior Legal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit legal documents in both Arabic and English
• Manage case filings and submissions through RDC, Dubai Courts, ADJD, Ministry of Justice, and prosecution systems
• Track case deadlines, maintain organized case files, and ensure timely status updates
• Support lawyers with case preparation, correspondence, and document drafting
• Liaise with courts and government authorities on active matters
• Process tenancy-related documentation through Ejari and Tawtheeq systems
• Maintain accurate records and proactively flag upcoming deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in the UAE
• Native Arabic speaker with professional English proficiency
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
• Professional, detail-oriented, and a strong team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DIFC or ADGM Courts portals
• Background in tenancy or civil litigation matters
• Familiarity with Ejari or Tawtheeq systems
• Valid UAE driving licence with own car
