Junior Legal Consultant

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit legal documents in both Arabic and English
• Handle filings and case tracking through Rental Dispute Centers (RDC) and various court portals (Dubai Courts, ADJD, MoJ)
• Manage prosecution systems and Ejari/Tawtheeq systems as required
• Maintain organized case files and ensure strict deadline compliance
• Support senior lawyers and collaborate effectively within a multinational team

Requirements

• Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) degree
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Consultant or Paralegal in the UAE
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
• Strong attention to detail and a professional, resourceful attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DIFC Courts or ADGM Courts portals
• Familiarity with Ejari or Tawtheeq systems
• Background in tenancy or civil litigation matters
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle
