Junior Legal Analyst

Responsibilities

• Elaborate civil procedural documents of low, medium, and high complexity
• Participate in civil hearings
• Interact with various business lines within the XP Group
• Interface with partner law firms
• Review subsidies with internal areas to support legal defense
• Assist in defining operational and strategic directions

Requirements

• At least three years of experience as a lawyer in civil litigation law firms
• Active OAB registration
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
• Proactive, organized, and committed profile
• Must reside in São Paulo

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets and products
• Previous experience in financial market institutions
