Junior Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities

• Define and refine ICP together with BDM
• Search for leads in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other channels
• Analyze companies and identify signals for personalization
• Qualify LinkedIn profiles
• Warm up leads to SQL and hand them over to BDM
• Send LinkedIn connection requests and InMails
• Execute cold email campaigns and follow-ups
• Manually personalize every message
• Maintain and update data in CRM
• Provide weekly funnel reports

Requirements

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or similar)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for research
• Written English at B1-B2 level
• Proficiency in Notion
• Strong time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a marketing agency
• Experience with cold outreach campaigns (email or LinkedIn)
• Basic understanding of performance marketing
• Understanding of B2B sales funnel stages
