Junior Land Surveyor

Responsibilities

• Conduct field surveys using theodolites, GPS receivers, and total stations
• Collect, record, and organize survey data with meticulous attention to detail
• Assist senior surveyors in planning and executing survey projects
• Prepare survey sketches, notes, and preliminary reports
• Operate and maintain surveying equipment
• Input survey data into surveying software and CAD programs
• Read, interpret, and verify maps, blueprints, and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients
• Perform quality checks on collected data

Requirements

• Proficiency with surveying instruments (theodolite, GPS, total station)
• Ability to read and create technical drawings and maps
• Physical fitness for fieldwork in various weather conditions
• Strong data collection and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with GIS software
• Experience with AutoCAD or similar design software
