Junior Land Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support land and real estate activities, including property identification and topographic/documentary registration.
• Perform documentary analysis of properties and owners to meet internal demands.
• Assist in property regularization processes, such as deed registration, notarization, and powers of attorney.
• Prepare pre-negotiation forms to define strategies for property acquisition.
• Participate in public hearings and meetings with relevant institutions under manager supervision.
• Execute activities related to the transfer of property titles to resettled individuals.
• Support land management tasks including property valuation, asset registration, and damage evolution reports.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Administration, or Engineering.
• Experience drafting purchase, sale, and lease contracts.
• Previous experience working within the mining sector.
• Valid Driver's License (Category B).
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
