Junior KYC Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end KYC onboarding lifecycle, including document collection, identity checks, and initial risk flagging
• Manage verification flows and manual review queues using SumSub
• Develop crypto-native awareness by learning to use blockchain analytics tools like Elliptic to screen wallets
• Maintain accurate customer files and support periodic reviews to meet regulatory expectations
• Act as a point of contact for customer queries regarding document requirements and verification status
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to provide process feedback

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in KYC, compliance, onboarding, or financial crime operations
• Genuine interest in crypto, stablecoins, and DeFi
• Highly detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and maintain quality under pressure in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance tooling such as SumSub, Elliptic, Chainalysis, or TRM Labs
• Basic familiarity with the FCA regulatory landscape regarding digital assets
• Relevant compliance certifications such as ICA or CAMS
• Experience in process improvement or workflow documentation
