Junior Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage business planning and assortment offers for key DIY channel customers
• Develop implementation projects and promotional campaign offers
• Monitor competitor activities and analyze trade promotions
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with partners
• Collaborate with marketing to prepare and distribute sales support materials
• Coordinate with field sales teams regarding promotions, price changes, and new products
• Execute go-to-market strategies and position Sherwin-Williams products effectively
• Manage the full sales cycle from initiation to finalization
• Negotiate prices and manage contracts to maximize value
• Provide proactive problem-solving and support for customer operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Economics, Marketing, or Management preferred)
• Proven success in achieving ambitious sales targets
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment
• Proficiency in English
• Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time

• Experience in the FMCG industry
• Experience working within the DIY channel
