Junior Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize Red Bull product visibility within the assigned sales channel
• Create and execute promotional plans to increase customer engagement
• Manage budgets effectively and monitor sales performance
• Analyze partner cooperation efficiency and implement optimization actions
• Negotiate cooperation terms and conclude commercial agreements
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with partners
• Collaborate with internal departments including Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Operations, and Controlling
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities

Requirements

• Higher education degree, preferably in commerce or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in modern channel sales
• Proven success in business planning, negotiation, and strategy execution
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel 20-30%
