Junior Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the management and development of assigned key international accounts to meet sales budgets.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and detailed sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance departments to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor order status, deliveries, and post-sales service to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance through sales volume, profitability, and KPI compliance.
• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist in preparing commercial presentations for management.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in sales or commercial management.
• Proven experience negotiating with international clients, specifically within the LATAM region.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and sales reporting).
• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international trade regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing key accounts in retail, convenience stores, warehouse clubs, wholesalers, or distributors.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI.
• Experience using ERP systems, specifically SAP Business One.
• Knowledge of foreign trade invoicing and royalty/territory licensing.
