About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage key customers within the Off-Trade channel to increase revenue and market share
- Lead commercial negotiations with buyers and retail chains
- Implement commercial and promotional plans to drive brand visibility
- Analyze sales KPIs, P&L, market share, and promotional ROI
- Develop and maintain strategic customer relationships
- Coordinate with trade marketing, customer marketing, and sell-out teams
- Manage and monitor forecasting and budgeting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a similar field
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in sell-in and sell-out data analysis
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory
- Previous experience in sales, grocery retail, or the spirits/beverages industry is preferred
