Responsibilities
- Manage IT requests using ticketing systems
- Handle user issues via Active Directory (password resets, group management)
- Install and troubleshoot Office 365
- Support Windows and Server operating systems
- Manage virtualization environments using Hyper-V or VMware
- Support network infrastructure involving CISCO and Fortinet
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or IT
- 2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Windows and Windows Server
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Knowledge of Hyper-V or VMware
- Experience with Active Directory
- Proficiency in Office 365 installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of CISCO and Fortinet
- Good command of the English language
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
