Junior IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for Windows and macOS environments
• Set up and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests across identity platforms
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues
• Support cloud services including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SaaS applications
• Write and maintain Python scripts to automate repetitive IT and creative operations tasks
• Develop Adobe ExtendScript and UXP scripts for Creative Cloud applications
• Build automation tools connecting Adobe apps to internal systems via APIs
• Maintain version-controlled scripts and automation projects in Git

Requirements

• 1–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent education
• Proven experience supporting Windows and macOS environments
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Hands-on experience with Python for automation and workflow scripting
• Working knowledge of APIs, Git, and basic software development practices
• Experience supporting Adobe Creative Cloud applications and production workflows
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with JavaScript, PowerShell, Google App scripts, or Bash
• Experience with MDM solutions like Kandji, Jamf, Mosyle, or Intune
• Experience with identity management platforms like JumpCloud, Active Directory, or Entra ID
• Knowledge of Adobe ExtendScript or UXP scripting
• CompTIA A+ or Network+ certifications
