Junior IT Support Technician

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users regarding hardware, software, and corporate applications.
• Resolve incidents related to Windows 11, Office 365, and iOS devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Perform basic user administration tasks in Active Directory, such as password resets.
• Manage service requests and incidents through the Service Desk tool.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary equipment and configurations for new employees.
• Assist with hardware repairs, component replacement, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for incidents, solutions, and technical procedures.
• Collaborate with local and international IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support.
• Expertise in Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 environments.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
• Familiarity with supporting Apple iOS devices.
• Intermediate-high proficiency in English to interact with international teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, or Five9.
• ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL processes.
